How long is a piece of string? They're not negotiating from a position of strength, now that they've copped the dilution they may as well take the time to structure a half decent deal.
A shame how this has played out, they should have been running a plan b,c,d alongside but I suspect Glencore outwitted them on that front and precluded any competing interests as a condition of the prepayment/offtake agreement.
