can you expand on why the budget is expansionary?

in what way is it irresponsible?

the FW decision? on a lot of award rates given a 3.5% rise? its in keeping with the rest of the community, its a small increase and so, imo anyway, responsible. and at arms length from Treasury or the govt.

your point on commodities sounds like you're expecting a boom..... happy days?
