1) The burden of proof is on VMS to prove the project is viable, not on me to prove it isn't. Which I am not trying to do, I am speculating based on what we do know. 2) What am I deflecting? I am trying to address all points. Let me know 3) How do you know it's cheap to start up? Where's your evidence? It honestly seems exactly like OD6's flowsheet with all your phases. 4) Where has DSO been proposed by management? I can't find this anywhere. What are the capital costs to move, screen, float, transport 5Mt+ of ore? 5) Can Iluka process the concentrate has this been confirmed? 5) How is this cheap? Clay rare earths that only need amsul wash are barely profitable at these ppm, from 0m, let alone with all the extra beneficiation needed. See last point for more. 5) The size is not under scrutiny, just the grade and economics. The size of the deposit is meaningless if you're spending more to dig up ore and process it than you can sell it for. It's impossible to do anything other than speculate, just as you are doing. The company has done no met test work or proposed buyer or flowsheet. 6) Fine let's assume 3000ppm from 12m, and the concentrated ore @ 40% can be sold for (50*0.4) $20/t (I won't even take off payability). Given most estimate, the best / most efficient REE clay depsit in the world costs $16/t ore including overheads, where labour is cheaper, its from surface, and its simple tank leaching with no uranium.. do you think it can be done for under $20/t? What numbers are you working with. I had a look in the mets thread and nothing was posted.
