Now is this 'Coal supply agreement' just a pretend term for offtakes? Why do they put 'offtake negotiations' at the end of the list April 2012? Do they mean additional offtakes to the anticipated CSA DEC10? (more than likely as no fool would construct a mine with no surety of a market for the goods).
