That's a good sign there will be a huge rally. Im also shorting this stock with an 8c target. U price looks like it's about to drop another 10-20% over the next couple of months. I plan on buying 50,000 shares per half cent drop. Pen has been a good money maker for me I only see it getting better heading towards Xmas.
