You are misreading "the acceptance of the Tribe as a Cooperating Agency in preparation of the Final EA." That does not mean the Hualapai has accepted anything; they can speak for themselves now, and I am sure they will. What it means is that BLM accepted them as a Cooperating Agency, rather than just another random group of malcontents. And then they tossed them a few bones, hoping they will go away. When that does not happen, I will remind you that I told you so.

BLM notes it received 815 comments, including one from the Hualapai. How many others will appeal in the next 30 days? Stay tuned. This is really what I have been waiting for -- the lawsuits are always the most interesting part.
