No. Filed in 2020. It was granted in April. How much of this patent could cover the broad spectrum of AI applied conversation to data might be best to ask @chrisraethke
However if its broad enough then it might be a gold mine for other to use and pay royalty if Dubber cannot properly monetize it themselves
