Just adding to your comments Flyer, I thought the fireside chat with the host was revealing and worth listening to if you get a chance. He also indicated thatAll in all a small dip but nothing to worry about. I hope the sellers were listening.
- Nextstellis trade cycles for April were around 46000+ (a little less than I was forecasting) ,NSP is about the same, and the dip in Feb,March was probably a loss of around $350000 worth of script which is not material
- He also indicated that the severe price drop since the last presentation, was probably due to incorrectly assuming that the cyberattack on the Change Heath, would cause problems for Mayne (as it has done for a lot of the health industry). He described the attack was immaterial for Mayne.
- Cash is not a problem for Mayne Pharma only cash burn in 2HF was due to discontinued businesses but adding cash from ongoing businesses
- Will only acquire EBITDA positive products for now
- Costs maybe higher due to addition of 10 products in Dermatology and subsequent inventory build
- Ag Oracea is getting some competition from new generics.
Cheers
