A question for all. In the ALSFRS-R results table, why aren't all patients results shown over the full five months? Also noted was the slowdown in disease progression in cohort 2 declined from 58% in the MEND to 44% in the compassionate use analysis. The matched database group for cohort 2 also had somewhat rapid decline in function, which made the comparison less stark. Any thoughts on this?
