Gee, I was hoping that announcement was going to say binding offer submitted or signed.

Do you think Gino is having trouble getting major shareholders to accept this offer in its current form or do think they are just still performing due diligence.

I personally think they just want a higher offer. MTC originally said on the 2nd Feb it would take 2-3 months to conclude. At that point they also knew the mining permit was about to be approved. The due date has passed so am I to conclude deal won’t be done?

Maybe Gino should update market informing us that due diligence on TMF ability to complete deal has been completed and that MTC is satisfied that TMF can indeed complete deal.
