Checking the state of the claims in the patent application with respect to claim 16 in the WPO versus no claim 16 in the US would be a useful thing to do in my opinion to see if the IL@RAlpha component of the potency assay is still being pursued in the US.

Your concern about your "brand." There is no way IMO that you aren't getting paid for your posts.

I'm not being paid. Perhaps people read what I write, check my sources, decide yeah that's true and yeah that's important and go short or something, but they don't pay me and they don't seem to tick me.

But see LED there is no way I can prove I'm not being paid. I know I've never lied to you. But you suggestion encourages others also to go away from the substance of my argument (and from checking my referenced sources for themselves) to my character and motives.

Your little comment there sort of hurts my brand (it throws a suggestion about my motives out that isn't true but is believable) and I think you know that.

I believe there are a lot of swing traders on this forum trying to reduce their average price - they can do that by getting others to buy when they are selling and they figure they can get back in when some of the over hype they got sucked in by formerly goes away.

This gives the swing traders wanting the market to move in a particular direction reasons to try to attack anything getting credible tracking against that direction - the best thing that gets credible traction against a direction is checkable facts - checkable facts can;t be destroyed but the messenger can be silenced. That's why I hate ad hominem. That's why I have to not reply to some people. The reason why I get the calls right when I do is because I do the research and check the facts. Others doing that would get the calls right too - so long as they keep checking the facts.

Now life is a journey - we all die (on current tech and more to the point on current levels of social and political development which has us dragging each other down) and we can sometimes be accompanied on that journey by others - we better choose who we spend our time with on that journey or some of our traveling companions will make us miserable.

I've treated you fair and honest and I've offered you research to consider and to offer your own feedback on - I can take corrections - I read phaedrus in good faith. But it hurts to be attacked when the person had no need to attack - please don't do that to me.
