the software margins of chemical producers was a thing 2 years ago, currently oversupply of battery chemicals being produced in china , chemical plants have been reducing production, mineral resources have divested there interest in battery chemical production with albermarle and now totally focused on spodumene production

another sensible decision by JB and BOD , looks like they where ahead of the curve on this decision to delay carbonate plant , along with last capital raise to protect sya from going into financial difficulty, something only an experienced board could have achieved
