I do happen to agree with most of the comments in your post, but not all of them.

And that is the part like:

To me, that is a little too generous remark from you. Because, I would have thought that the hurdles, when applied that is, are only about Ankle high, lol.

Ohhh this market. At least it can keep us amused. At times.
