I disagree, although it is true that the board can't just set the share price to be $100, they certainly have significant influence just like how they have control over development on technology by managing resourses & investments.
The board's strategic decisions, plannings, financial/resourcing management, can impact investor confidence and sentiment, which in turn affect the share price.
But that being said, I was very happy with the explanation provided by our executives in the AGM. They finally 'admitted' that it is taking longer than they anticipated and provided explanation instead of saying bs like as if it was all planned from the beginning and treating shareholders like idiots setting unrealistic goals...
I do hope what Antonio & Sean said is all true and they will finally start winning...
