Yes but with age and experience comes confidence and skills that are transferable. I could walk into any retail store and essentially work with no training. Why because I have experience and resources that an 18yo kid is not going to have. I have worked in many businesses where you survive and thrive based on your own initiative. Small business isn’t the public service, you find a way to float or you sink very quickly.
