I think you missed point re negotiating. Not stating it as fact btw, but it does substantiate situation. I firmly believe they are "iteratively" sharing these results with BP as stated in AR. I think my view that Mgt has insight to results was validated by Dec Qtrly. It would appear these guys are first in the world to clear partially or otherwise these reservoirs per regulated release to market. The trials were designed with BP input (ref BIT), and some here are suggesting they're not going to engage with BP... when we learnt the other day they can under NDA, etc, etc.

People are assuming the negative, ignoring the regulatory obligations. Not all regulation, CRO frustrations, negotiation etc produces a seamless market facing posture. More so in this stock than more sedate comparables.

The CRO delay could be cover, would be known to industry, but does check out.

Business can be a juggling act, BIT is not the best communicator, but assuming its overtly negative is illogical in light of the progress demonstrated and strategy stated.

What would appear to be a rabbit from a hat to some will appear iterative progress to others.
