So a company hires Jack and Jill on the same day/week as a sales person. Jack is 19 and Jill is 23. They both do their induction and basic sales training on products.
A month later Jack knocks on the managers desk and asks why he is getting $50 a week less than Jill yet they are both selling the same products and have similar results.
I have seen this so many times...................and Jack finally says "stuff it" this is unfair. Company lost a good employee, then places another ad for staff and the circle begins again. How bloody stupid.
Only a RW would consider this to be fair. Pay as little as you can get away with. Gina would be so proud.
