Not sure why you people are so negative about this.
The company has 1.1 million ounces of gold
Over the past 18 months the company has spent about 10 million and has added 300,000 ounces of gold for roughly $30 per ounce. That's not bad given it is operating in california and paying bills in USD not rupees.
If the Company does small raises, everyone seems to complain that they will need another raise and when the Company goes for bigger raises, people complain that the raise is too dilutive.
Directors are invested both in equity and in loans, that's a good sign, and they keep buying, that's another good sign. Someone once said to me, "you never will know why people sell but you always know why people buy"
It's easy to reference other success stories after they are successful, it's a lot harder to maintain the faith when your unrealistic expectations are not fulfilled.
My reading of some of the comments here is that there may have been a lot of unrealistic expectations and a general lack of understanding of the time-line of a mining project and the costs of it.
