It is the premier hard rock mine in the world, soon the one by which all others will be judged. To find this resource and build a similar mine would take ten years and at least twice as much money assuming it is possible. GR, Rio, ALB, WES and others know this, shorters and short term traders and investors on the market don't. $4 is cheap, that is the real world.
