Sorry I just read this properly.
So you are saying "Notes by Dubber" was built on this patent, and subsequently others that became available after LLM become commercially available.
However, this was at a time where the patent was not granted, only pending,
So if these other applications are modelled around said patent, would they not have to begin paying a royalty now?
