Aksier had the same issue and dumped all his stock as a result. Many were told no placement would be done over a year ago mere weeks before a big 'fortuitous' sell down by some holders in advance of a 'surpise' discounted dilution.

Not a good look for a spec company, and once trust is broken it can be hard to mend. Surely you don't think I am that shallow to forget it all now the sun is shining?
