The lithium within the brine is limited by how much is dissolved in the brine. The DLE doesn't convert air or H2O into lithium. it extracts the lithium from the brine. So you need brine to make lithium. more brine, more access to
lithium in the process. less brine less lithium can be extracted. Electroflow may use less water in one of the extraction phases but it would at a minimum have to use similar volumes of brine to get similar volumes of lithium output. I mean do your own research here but your argument on DLE provider to me seems completely irrelevant and unrelated.

Anyone wanting to do DLE in Utah will be following this as it could (if successful) blow up all permit applications for access to brine.
