The Company is currently undertaking a feasibility study on its Yukon Base Metal Project.

This is a time consuming process that requires a large amount of data collection, materials test work and engineering design.

The work is ongoing and iterative; until the study is completed there is very little additional information that can be reported.

The Company provides updates on the progress as best it can in quarterly reports released to the market.

Additional to this the Company has been conducting exploration work on the Yukon Base Metal Project properties.

Ongoing exploration results are reported as this information comes to hand.

1. Overland Resources has all the required permits and approvals for the current stage of work.

2. Managements view on the current share price is that it undervalues the Company and its potential future value.

3. Geological and exploration work is continuing on the Darin Prospect.
