re: Ann: Westfield Group Establishing New Wes... It is just me, or does being given some new shares, and (probably) blackmailed into stumping up more cash to avoid dilution, not feel like a warm fuzzy sounding $7.3 Billion capital return that Westfield is touting it as.
If BHP kept all its same assets and gave me a special divi that is what I would call a capital return.
