Yes in Jan I advised WKT hadn't secured its export license, This was 5 months ago. It appears WKT has now secured the license to export. this could only be achieved after WKT produced its first graphite concentrate on the 2nd of May, the Tanzania Government needs to inspect the concentrate under Tanzania law to determine its purity.

Have you watched Mike's video?
Mike advises that WKT can refinance the loan after the first anniversary, WKT hasn't secured anyone to refinance the project and I cannot see anyone willing to refinance the project that is yet to make one dollar in profit or prove it can achieve its output?

Mike also stated the mine has been operating for 30 days, this means the "money shot" of the 30 bags is a good indication that the plant's output is dire. You might understand why there was a bit of a sell-off yesterday, lots of talk about the USA and Europe market, but what happend to the two term sheets WKT had for 30ktpa for the expandable market, you were all sold the story these companies would buy their graphite through wogen, Maybe you should add this to your ASIC/Class Action list.

One last point, on the Questions Mike answered, He raised again that WKT is still having issues with the flake size distribution and advised the other graphite mines are not profitable.

As I said yesterday, if WKT thought they were going to be cashflow positive in the coming weeks/months, they would have been better off drawing down on Gemcorps US$5mil backup facility to pay Jinpeng or using the cash they currently have. We all know how much the T40 hates shareholder dilution.

Anyway, have you worked out why WKT is in full marketing mode? I am sure you have guessed now that WKT is going to pay Jinpeng is shares, there are few funds available. One has to wonder if WKT will be able to draw on the US$5mil and there was no mention in Mike's video of the Tanzania bank's US$4mil WKT claimed they arrive in March.

It's not looking good for investors.
