No major basis apart from what I have been reading but imo despite this release, my gut feeling tells me that WHEN the PPSA is finally signed off we will have Chinese buyers for a share of the elephant.
We shall find out very very quickly after signing imo
And if they have deep pockets I would not be surprised to see two rigs onsite if flow test is successful and wells will be dropped in tandem.
