As Davy Boy had mentioned previously, they might still be doing due diligence. Or you may be right, they're waiting on the flow test which I'm hopeful will come out great, we just need to be able to get it done. Maybe it's a case of us needing local finance first e.g. mangwana, to be able to get flow test done, then after that one of the big Chinese or Russian entities come in as a major partner
