My take- The fact all 3 bought suggests to me a coded message to the market to buy or add, otherwise just one of them might have bought some. 1 dude goes "i want some more bc its cheap af" but doesnt want to act alone incase of future allegations of improper conduct based on the unknown future of mandatory disclosure, so insures himself by asking his mates to grab some as well. Win for the 3 of them, win for the company, win for the share holders (if they're brave enough to pull the trigger)
