It seems that Milei isn't so "investment friendly" after all. His Incentive Regime for Large Mining Investments (RIGI) framework, currently being debated in the Argentinian Senate, proposes increasing the current royalty rate by 66% (from 3% to 5%), and has not been received well by mining interests.
