It's all about how much time any CU miner has till production and if there is a schedule or not!
AAR is 1 of handful prospect miners in WA and it is relatively known to many investors/brokers but they don't have money for specs NOW to put in AAR.
Appetite is for producers or low risk specs and once AAR moves under these categories then buyers will buy in it and with much higher price!
Before GFC there was an appetite and cash allocated to specs, most of that money is still scared!
That's my opinion!
