Ukraine does not have a habit of targetting civies
russia does ....with drones and missiles not shells - indisputable !
russia kills a lot of civies , Ukraine does not

russia has a purpose in what they do .....they would be no purpose for Ukraine to deliberately attack civies and would simply be a waste of shells

I know what your aim is .....the square up for all the schools , hospitals , playgrounds and residences putin has destroyed in cities nowhere near the front with his terror bombing .

But it's just plain dishonest to try and compare the two things rather than contrast them .
