So you refute that Robodebt was a catalyst for mental health issues for many Australians?

    Well done you.
Taken you ages to come back with nothing but BS.

Or are you just lying again?

Sarah* was given just days to gather six years' worth of pay slips and documents to prove she did not owe Centrelink thousands of dollars.

The $7,000 debt caused Sarah massive stress and anxiety.

"I wasn't sleeping, I wasn't eating. I lost three kilograms in less than a week," Sarah told Hack.

Sarah had been the victim of a crime and lived with mental health concerns well before she received what she would eventually learn was an unlawful debt notice generated through what is known to us as the Robodebt scheme.

Centrelink knew of her situation; she'd had so-called vulnerability indicators attached to her file at some point. Sarah never found out if they had been removed or simply ignored when she was issued the debt notice.

After receiving the $7,000 bill, Sarah decided to end her life.
