I believe the timeline and specific milestones may relate to project plans, feasibility studies, infrastructure requirements and any potential environmental impacts, which are due on 30 June 2024.
The NT Government has given Avenira and Aleees nearly a year (since 6 July 2023) so hopefully they have been busy putting the necessary documents together.
Interestingly you mentioned the deadline to commit to the land at Middle Arm which coincidentally was due yesterday.
