Currently based on the pre courtcase judgement we are already priced for a No.

We have been here before, but Breeze has managed to pull the Asset energy group of holders back from the brink,
    MMR - PDF Status reinstated
Consent orders for NOPTA to again consider the extension to the PEP11 Gas exploration permit

I still have faith that LABOUR will indeed be SMART enough to steer this great country of ours to Nett ZERO by utilising Gas for dispatch able power whilst renewables get their act together.

I think for baseload power Nuclear is the way to go with Gas providing the pathway as cheap and quick to build Gas fired power plants that reduce by gas nature the emissions V Coal!
Projects like the PEP11 exploration permit are front and centre to what Australia needs.

Investing in BPH at around 2c is assuming the LABOUR government has already knocked us back, as many here know CORTICAL alone is worth the current SP maybe more.

Happy Days and Shareholders need to relax as I am sure Mr David Breeze has a plan moving forward and with a likely early Erection coming, I think David will understand that time is of the essence here.

Option holders need to consider their position as one of a single coin toss and act appropriately. The good news is it still might be possible to extend the options by possibly locking them in by taking them unlisted with extended exercise time. (my opinion only)
