What a load of tosh! I doubt if you have anything that could be called actual evidence to base that on. If you do please post it now so everyone can see it.

My understanding is that an AGM, if delayed, must still be less than 15 months after the previous one. Unfortunately I can't recall where I heard that. While an AGM may be at the very end of the required time, I do personally expect an AGM will happen and that there will most certainly be business to discuss! If it doesn't, you will hear my howls of disappointment all the way from NZ! Do I have any evidence to contradict you? No, apart from the commentary from the company itself. But I do not believe your scenario will be correct. So it is opinion vs opinion. I'll grant that I could be wrong, but I've staked a lot of cash on it so I hope I'm not. We will just have to see who ends up being proven right.

But I will be quoting that back to you when an AGM is announced. It will help to establish the quality of your certainty. I hope you will then retract your commentary stream and acknowledge that you were just making stuff up just to foist negativity.
