It would be very expensive to build a gas platform in a new gas discovery. Unless it is a really big gas reservoir. More likely it will be sold to BPT as backfill at some point as Otway Gas Plant has little spare capacity. The only one with lots of spare capacity is Athena Gas Plant.
Otway Gas Plant is one of gems in BPT. But to debottleneck it to increase capacity would be expensive.
