Same as wind and solar- As long as it is out of sight it is good.

Would start with where the infrastructure is already in place..you are effectively only changing the means of boiling the water.
This would minimise cost..unlike solar & wind proving itself in EVERY country to be the most EFFECTIVE form to remove money from the taxpayer & produce next to nothing.

We need to do MORE with LESS.
