the school does not exclude them. The statement you pasted certainly says it is a school for Jews. But that is very different from saying only for Jews. Read it again.
as you will know that when a school clearly indicates its religious affiliation it is far more likely to have students associated with the faith. Same with Muslim schools. Actually might check whether they actually do allow Jews to attend
