The point of being an insider is you don't need to do any research, you already have the inside information!
But you do raise a good point which is that this person was probably sacked 6 months ago, which explains why they're so disgruntled and why all their info is old.
They are clearly also not particularly high level or else they would know what is already public and what isn't. So I'm thinking probably a factory worker who was let go for performance issues.
