what does your landlord think of all this nippy, the decline in population of, what was it, 34.6%? are you getting a reduction in rent?
i don't know what all this has to do with landlords being leeches but you sure know how to change a topic... that, you're good at. what it's all got to do with the situation here in 'rental central' in Oz is perplexing.
