sorry but I have to reply to this. If you're going to bitch about us being negative about recent decisions then I should be able to pull you up on this ramp.
They had no funds. They were almost out of cash. The raise couldn't wait a few more months. They'd left funding to the very last minute. They were probably very hopeful ( like we all were ) of a deal being done or a substantial government grant. When neither eventuated, the broker then had them by the short and curlys. The deal the broker put together was total shite but the company took it.
There is no other story.
