I don't dwell into the nitty gritty of corporate law nor ASX rules - not being a lawyer nor a policy maker - nor a person on $20k plus a month as Brian apparently is and yet still there are announcements put out and questioned by relevant bodies and ultimately retracted. Sounds like you're more interested in such well and good. Am however more focused on company missing timelines and failing to meet expectations.

Even if Brian loaded up big time at current levels - which he may have and yet to be announced?? - it doesn't make the dramatic fall in share price affecting other holders look any better.

Unless you're buying up bigtime yourself and hope for a decent rebound, looking at current sp is rather sobering and even if as mentioned sp gets to quadruple value, it will only be 2.4c and there will be lots of flipping along the way and no doubt some will be happy. Can't see 6c or 10c and beyond anytime soon. Hope to be wrong - wish there was some corporate law or listing rule to see to it but it's solely at the mercy of the company and it's dealings and market perceptions.
