The latest announcement is not flash to say the least, however it doesn't mention anything disasteros that we didnt already know about. Things are progressing at a slower pace we would all like but it certainly aint the end of the road as you make it sound.
Once concern i do have is....why would CMMC pay $10mil for 10% of 1 mine, when market cap is only $16mil for the lot?
