Their "incredible deal" is a non-binding MOU. Still years off any potential FID. Try googling 'TNG offtake' to see the long list of useless MOUs they have signed over their history. Perennial loser is the only way to describe those holding there the last ten years given the massive opportunity cost of sitting on the sidelines of two lithium bull-runs.
That said management there have improved and did well to pivot - which obviously I'm aware of or wouldn't have noted it.
