RCF put their money into TMT not AVL - then realising it was as good as dust organised the merger in an effort to try and salvage what they can. Probably hoping to make an exit on the next pump with better volume like most former TMT holders tbh. Even if they get a FID this company will struggle given the huge capex and low commodity prices. If they use equity to build holders here won't make anything worth the wait and risk. If they use debt they'll go under trying to repay it. Frying pan or the fire - pick one.
