Obviously you have never worked on the tools.
The only tradies earning $150K are the ones working 84 hours (yes 84 HOURS) a week on a minesite.
They earn every bloody cent.
The rest have to do a 4 year apprenticeship on low wages before receiving their trade papers.
Over time, with more experience they usually end up working for themselves and making reasonable money, but it is still hard work.
