Firstly, I have no need to explain why Saudi only gave $13m. Any more than why Sweden gave $200m.

As for Israel, they and we are well behind the Japs. The Japs have 30,000 people over 100, now. I wouldn't claim Australia has a fantastic health system, yet we are still ahead of Israel in life expectancy.
