Both the Nasdaq and Semi Conductor Index appear to be in final sub waves 5 of 5 which if correct terminate a 22 year bull market ( Fibbonacci 21 +/- 1 year from an Oct 2002 low.
On completion 2 or 3 percent this should usher in a brutal and extended bear market which should see a 61.8 percent retrace and make buy and hold futile for at least 11 years but probably more like 22 years.
However buying at the bear market lows should offer gains of 200-300 percent.
Unfortunately Zip will not survive even the first few years of the bear and will be bankrupt soon thereafter.
