Has anybody questioned who the actual beneficiaries of Resolution 8 will be?
Whoever they are they appear to have successfully converted their ownership of a very doubtful RE resource in Uganda to a not insignificant share in what appears to be a more viable prospect in Brazil and a sound business proposition in Northern Ireland.
