With Hancock already controlling WGO, all it needs is 50.1% of STX and it will essentially have full control over WE (and everything else that STX has control over). If it gains close to 20%, it will hard to see her lose the fight. She could go hostile and approach shareholders directly without needing the board's endorsement.
Hopefully Vanguard and State Street won't sell out to HPL or it will make life very difficult to fight them.
